Your Seaside Safari begins with a guided coastal walk tailored for curious young explorers and their families. Along the shore, your naturalist guide will introduce you to the natural wonders of the Sarasota coastline.

As your family takes in the natural beauty around you, your photographer will capture the adventure as it unfolds. This candid, photojournalistic style allows your experience to be both lived and remembered without interruption.

After your coastal walk, you’ll receive a beautifully curated digital gallery of images: a visual story of your time together in nature, preserved with care and connection.

Happiest in, on, or around the water, Katie is a portrait photographer with a passion for capturing individuals and families in their most authentic, natural moments. With a professional background in environmental education spanning zoos, aquariums, and nonprofit organizations, she brings a deep understanding of the natural world to her work, grounded in the belief that nature is one of our greatest teachers. Katie holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism, which inspires her to create meaningful, eco-conscious experiences that foster connection between people and the environment. As a mom, she brings a personal understanding of how quickly time flies and how vital it is to create space for children and families to connect with each other and with nature. Her work blends artistry, empathy, and environmental stewardship to create portraits that celebrate both people and place.
