“I’ve been practicing my faces in the mirror” is what Cherry said to me during our session at Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, FL. It shows. (Hello, model.)
Cherry is one of my closest friends from grad school when we studied Global Sustainability at USF. We’ve had all sorts of fun together from visiting Disney Parks to Big Cat Rescue (BEFORE Tiger King - LOL!) to our latest adventure together - a portrait session!
We decided to meet at Lake Louisa State Park after I had seen some GORGEOUS photos from fellow Florida photographers at the location, and realized it’s not too far from where my dear friend lives! I told her I was hoping to get some dreamy looking shots and I think we were BOTH pleased with the outcome. She had one outfit change from a flowy, dreamy-like top and skirt combo to a funkier tied-up-top and high waisted jeans with accent sneaker combo and both worked super well for the location.

Seriously, though, she pieced that second outfit together during a quick change in a car - INCLUDING that beautiful bold lip and earrings. 10/10 would recommend taking quick-change lessons from Cherry.
Our session was full of our typical conversation and banter and goofing off… and I think it’s safe to say we both had a lot of fun…
